1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FacelessLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

FacelessLab is an AI-powered YouTube thumbnail generator. Users can upload reference thumbnails and portraits to generate original thumbnail variants. The Service is available through free and paid subscription plans.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@facelesslab.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, starting from the date you subscribe.
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page or via the Stripe customer portal. After cancellation:

• You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• Your account access is deactivated when the period expires.
• Unused generation credits do not roll over or carry monetary value.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with FacelessLab. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Within 7 days of first payment: You may request a full refund for any reason by contacting support@facelesslab.ai.
• After 7 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a prorated refund if the Service was significantly unavailable or defective.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property or violates applicable laws.
• Use the Service to generate misleading, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's operation.
• Share or resell your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain ownership of portraits and reference images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them for thumbnail generation.
• Generated thumbnails: You own the thumbnails generated by the Service and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.
• Our service: The FacelessLab name, branding, AI models, and website content remain our intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
